Product description

The oil liquid of tube in the upper pump should be drained off during the whole barrel tubing type pump and special pump that usually be used in domestic workover treatment ,the work need the bottom of pump to connect a bleeder to be fullfilled.The working principle is :the bleeder shoud be connected to the bottom of pump and the upper part of standing valve, when the oil need be discharged during the oilfield work ,lift the sucker rod string and plunger assembly out of oil well ,put the impulse lever into the pipeline, the impulse lower down to the bottom and break off the draining pins of bleeder ,the upper oil liquid can be discharged through the draining pins.

Currently, the bleeder that we maufactured contain two kinds of dimension, the usage and effect are same.

There are two fixed modes of draining pins :

1.welded type,

2.threaded connection type. The surface treatment contain

3 methods: phosphorization,blueing and galvanization.
